What’s a mystery writer doing at Freeport Wild Bird Supply? Well, Paul’s latest crime novel featuring Maine game warden Mike Bowditch takes place on a fictional seabird island and has birding themes woven throughout, so of course our friends at Freeport Wild Bird Supply wanted to invite their favorite Maine mystery writer! Paul will read from his brand-new book, Hatchet Island, followed by a book signing. They’ll have plenty of copies on hand for you to purchase, but feel free to bring your own copy. They'll have chairs set up outside, with a rain date of Friday, August 5.
