Paul has been invited to participate as a "distinguished writer" in Monhegan Memorial Library's second annual Distinguished Writer Series (last year's featured writer was poet Richard Blanco).

Sat., August 5, 7:30 PM - Paul will give an author talk 

Monhegan is one of Maine's few permanently inhabited islands, about ten miles offshore, accessed (in summer months) via pedestrian ferry (no cars allowed) from Port Clyde, New Harbor, and Boothbay Harbor. Paul spends time every year in this vibrant, beautiful place, exploring its many miles of hiking trails, conserved woods, and shoreline, and enjoying its fine dining, art offerings, and scenic gifts.
